Yeah, a full aluminum HF3 with design and build quality like the HP1000.

What's the difference? I thought you were done with Grado. Here's your quote from the "Where do you stand on Grado" thread just yesterday.

"I dislike them.
Had trust and liking for their products and the company itself. But everything got lost with the Head-F1 HF2. How they in the first place let these headphones with issues go through quality control, but more importantly how they handled the situation when they became aware of it. I seriously think they should have made a different approach, resolving the issue (get new cups) as "any" other company would have done. To keep the customers happy and maintain their reputation.

They obviously lack quality control or the will to resolve an issue when it is so obvious.
So probably never going to buy a Grado again."

Would the creation of such a headphone be reason for you to consider buying another Grado product? Surely the quality control would still be lacking and the will to resolve the issues that would presumably arise would still not be there. Are you willing to give Grado another chance if they create an HF3?

I am willing to give Grado a new chance if they come up with a HF3.
As you quoted I wrote "design and build quality like the HP1000". Those are the key words, as I do not think their current design and build quality is up there with the HP1000. So changes have to be made...

More aluminum, and re-introduction of quality control and respect for the customers.

Mine is also F1 but I don't care. They sounded very nice, sweet highs with good bass. I like the sound.

Thank you John and Todd!

Nice pics.

Think they've all been taken, unless someone backs out.

When did you place your order? Beginning to wonder if I will ever see/hear mine.

I hope people do the right thing and return them.

I just put in my order - although a situation where one would get used basically passed off as "new" would be kind of suspect [*not saying TTVJ.com has done that*]. O.o But hopefully there will still be some more pre-buy back-outs and it won't be an issue.
