Yesteday i took out my dusty Mikros90...sat at a corner in Macdonalds listening,
and it reminded me of the Havi so much..these are twins. excellent excellent refined sound..
superb separation..soaring highs..without sibilance...
Mikros has that rumblingbassss ..at least with my moddedpair,
Havi has that EQ-able basssss. :p

Yes i would pay 300 too if i were to pit it against say a W4/R.

...I can be apart from every iem/hp I have, but can't be apart from B3 Pro1 and X2.

These two would make me smile all the time

Ssssshhh, Havi is listening!

That is true actually. Ostry even linked the Kc06 thread to their website when the hype train was going at full force, and we all know what happened to the A's pricing....

As for Havi's next offering being in the same price bracket, well... Good luck. :D

Today I went to audition 1964 ears some more, Noble audio 4,5,6 and kaiser 10, Limeears 2 and 3 drivers. I tell you the only one I'd prefer more than my ckr9 is kaiser 10 but thats 1600$.

i received my havi b3s

haha i'll have to remind myself never to trust head-fi again, you guys hype stuff up way too much

i'll give it to you guys; the havis are airy, but only compared to other in ears.

if you guys think these have some magically huge soundstage or something, you're quite mistaken, and/or never touched an open headphone before. hd650/he400 beats these by a mile, no contest whatsoever. then again, these are $60 earbuds sooo...what was i expecting? i guess the IEM game has been quite ****ty for awhile for these to be "insanely good for the price"

separation is very very good though, ESPECIALLY for an IEM, helps a lot with the detail.

overall, yes, i'd say these were worth the $60. i would not pay more than $100, especially considering how uncomfortable/unwieldy these are for an iem.

really makes me rethink whether i really want to pay big money for ciems...at this point i honestly feel like if i went with ciems, it'd be a huge downgrade from my home setups.

Gotcha! We're actually all employed by Havi to write stuff up and hype things up as a marketing ploy.

We will for sure not be whipped since we have made you believe these are the best thing since sliced bread..

may your highness forgive our naivite as we use nothing but tin cans with strings.. Open cans right?

Oh you should definitely bring your home theater to a coffee shop and use your open cans on a plane or train.

Hi, currently I have a DT 770 pro 250 ohm and a Havi B3 ordered. I am loving the 770s for watching movies and playing games, but not so much for music. I also work with mixing and was looking for something more neutral and with a bigger soundstage, so I looked at headphones like the Q701/k701/k612, HD 600, etc. But I read the B3 have these qualities. So I am wondering if it would be smarter to save for something like the HD 800 or T1, or are the B3 and a headphone like the q701 not alike at all?

hows the bass and midrange on the b3 pro I?

for reference,
i love the gr07 classic bass but the rockit r50 were too light.
the midrange of the gr07 is thick but rather dry, the r50 were just too thin, couldnt get any emotions out of it (imho) although the clarity is great.

how do the B3 Pro I compare to the 2 models?
