I am comfortable enough in my sexual orientation that I don't need to invent a stupid sub-culture to shock the people around me. These days, being a middle-aged, overweight, balding, white hetero male is all the shocking I really need to be.

Well yeah! It's just that the whole adult into kiddie fantasy series thing sends a John Wayne Gacy alert all through my nervous system. It's not the kids with the pony tail that are the issue, it's the dude wearing one who tries to chat them up that has you applying for a concealed carry permit.
Exactly, I don't have problems with cosplay since its a more mature and older audience but the pony stuff has little kids so that's why it's more concerning. As a heterosexual, I just can't see the appeal of it and a lot of the Bronies seem heterosexual too so it's not a part of gay culture either. Just too complex or diffuse to point a finger at.

Bah - I see it as just another way to be shocking and to be "unique". I'm pretty sure that somewhere in history there was a Homo Erectus that tried to shock his cave mates by wearing beaver boots. Of course, the "boots" were constructed by simply shoving each foot up a beaver's arse. It wasn't all that shocking to Ogg's cave mates, but the beavers were VERY shocked...

Yeah, young people doing that is okay, middle-aged men... eww
Well, the neighbors seem to be ignoring the notice to vacate, and as of yesterday have 10 days to leave or their things get tossed out in the street by the bank's people (with the sheriff there). They're ignorant, violent, armed, and have a hugely overblown sense of entitlement, it'll be interesting to see what happens.

Stay safe Magick or just put up some CCTV and watch the action from a distance.

My friend had a yellow V6 GT, good fun in it's day.(the seats were fixed and you moved the pedal box to get driving position). He only had while I was rebuilding my Seven so we never got to play.
He replaced it with a 2002 Tii, I guess that's what being an accountant does to you.

That's a Marcos, I think?
I can see their place clearly from the upstairs balcony, and I have great binoculars.

But not the V6, I think. Pretty sure the V6 had a power bulge on the bonnet.

My Dad had a rental house that was normally rented to one of his employees that worked on our farm. There came a time when none of the employees wanted to live there, so he rented it to a family of rednecks. They stopped paying the rent, so they got served an eviction notice. At about 2 AM on the night before the Sheriff was set to arrive, we got a call from a neighbor that the house was on fire. The scumbags had set the garage on fire as they left. The fire department saved the house, but the garage was completely gutted. The rednecks had also stripped the house - they took EVERYTHING - light fixtures, toilets, the bathroom sink - absolutely everything except the walls and floor.

I think anyone over about the age of 8 doing that is creepy.
Have local law enforcement on speed dial?
I was dead serious about having cruisers drive by every few hours. An ounce of prevention in this case would be worth far more than a pound of cure.
Yep she's a Marcos. Pretty from every angle but behind.I was surprised they hung in there until 2007.

Marcos, TVR, and Bristol have always been the type of companies to stagnate during the new millenium. Ginetta did as well, but they're still active in racing if I'm not mistaken.
I'd love me a Bristol Fighter or a TVR Sagaris if I trusted a shed workshop in Britain to build a modern supercar.

Apparently the second incarnation of Marcos took on all the TVR staff when they went bust around the same time..
Doesn't instill faith with regard to build quality somehow.
