20% is a very good deal. But i hope they know what they're doing... being backlogged with orders better not affect the delivery date for the Adel series...

Thanks! I was there yesterday, and Alex said they'd be posting details on Facebook and Twitter today. But nothing there yet...

It's already on their instagram. Anyway I have access to the full 1964Ears line up and own a V6Stage and V8 (both sent in for refitting though) so if anyone needs help with sound, just let me know and I'll do my best to help!

Anyway just a general sum up, think of the V6Stage as a combination of the V3(overall with Increased performance) and Qi(less bass but more refined), servicing as a good all rounder CIEM. The V8 can be considered as a direct upgrade from Qi(a refined version to improve on the Qi) which is good for heavy bass genres such as trance.

Sounds like what I heard yesterday at 1964 EARS home base. Can you comment on V8 everyday use as far as bass presence goes. It seemed to be warm but not overwhelming when songs weren't already bass heavy. When songs were bass heavy, the V8's bass came out to play big time and sounded more or less appropriate to me.

Handy-dandy sale (vs. regular) price guide...

V2 = $320 ($400)
V3 = $400 ($500)
Qi = $440 ($550)
V6 = $520 ($650)
V6S = $560 ($700)
V8 = $720 ($900)

The fact that I can get V6S for $60 over the regular price of the V3 is swaying me

You wont regret it :p
This month is evil lol. UERM 25% off, 1964 at 20% off, plus Kickstarter 1964, EarWerkz and Aurisonic and many more incoming. Heir has 30% off while Noble 15% but not interested in those brands :)

Hi, I am a Shure 535 owner but I am hoping to get my first custom in-ear from 1964ears with the Black Friday discount.

I like the sound of my 535 and wonder which model would suit me more? (There is no demo available near where I live....)

- Qi, or
- V3

Thanks alot

V3. But if you can I recommend to go for the V6S which is on a whole other level compared to the SE535.

+1

I can confirm this. Had the SE535 and now the V6S (universal) and there's quite a gap in SQ.
Btw, 20% off is a great deal! I bought it at ''only'' 10% discount and if I didn't have it already I surely would have bought it today.
So, good luck to all you BF buyers!
