Sigh~ why is it that most of the mainland people speak chingrish???

Back when I was in high school we had people from all over the world, both students and staff... but pretty much everyone speaks comprehensible English....
...and why the hell do my asian lecturers always expects me to solve problems on screen in the next 2 minutes?!? By the time I got my pen + paper out and set up the equations, time's up!

I only know about Samurai Jack because I had cable TV as a kid. Didn't air on public channels in Aus. At least from memory.
