lol. Yeah. Somebody actually posted that in the news thread on the Steelseries Sensei [RAW] which is basically a bummed down version of the Sensei. I think it has pretty great value.

You're thinking of Dragon Crisis.
 
And that's Shinobu from the Monogatari series (screencap is presumably Nisemonogatari, since she's decidedly not loli in Kizumonogatari, and I don't remember this scene in Bakemonogatari).

Dragon crisis initially had potenial. it lost it though and just became an unmemorable 7 series.. some can argue 6 and i can agree too.
