Try it with some full sized cans and see how it goes.

Need to leave some fun for the others, I feel like I'm overwhelming the thread, but also helping potential buyers. =)
I have come across my first two problems with XDuoo X2.
1) Two folders/albums I added to my card which play on all other players said ' format error' (or something along those lines). I know there's nothing wrong with them. First thing I did was open MP3Tag and remove their tags. They worked no problem after this. Keep in mind almost every album on my card has tags and other albums I've added work no problem (with tags)
Bit of a mystery there.
2) Not sure if my charging/data port is just new or there was some dust but the player disconnected from Windows for no apparent reason, it then re-connected and I needed to do a scan of the card.
I think for me now, its so easy to just remove card (and faster) I'll do that from now on.
Also, X2 adapts the same file sorting by date as Colorfly C3 and IHIFI 760. So get your drive sort program ready.

I am interested in the 770C vs X2 vs Sansa Fuze comparisons.

Biggest headphones I have at this time are the Soundmagic P21 and the Sennheiser HD229 and it powers them with no issue at all, it really has some kick to it for the size, I have been listening to Pink Floyd Obscured by clouds and it is a wonderful experience. I still love my xDuoo X1 but this is taking all my time in music at the moment.

I ordered mine on the 5th of January. No confirmation of my order or shipping info. Apparently they ship via slow-boat from China.

Same thing happened with mine and suddenly yesterday it showed on the tracking in Amsterdam, which is weird as that's at the other side of Europe, so it's actually traveling a lot longer distance.

Well I don't know if these things will take off and sell out, so I made sure to get my order in. If I find the time, I'll investigate all of the features and write up a thorough review.

I'll be buying one as soon as I get back from japan in a little over a month as I doubt it would arrive to my place here in aus before I leave (the 28th). Hopefully there will still be some available at penon audio then!

Been listening to the xDuoo X1 and X2 in a mix and match session, both sound great and the X2 has a warmer sound but I have to give SQ to the X1. It is more punchy and clear in the top end but this is personal preference as I like the sharper sounds. Both are totally great and will be used greatly, Also I love the bulk of the X1 it feels like a sound weapon in the had and you know it purely from touch in the pocket without trying.

Tried driving 100ohm ER4S tonight, the little guy can do it but not to the degree my JDS C421 amp can. The Etymotic is probably a true test to any DAPs internal amp section, whilst they definitely went more than loud enough or louder than my listening level at 35/40, they were lacking dynamics and authority, but rest assured the little XDuoo gave it everything he had! GR07 MK2 on the otherhand as I've lightly spoken about are driven by this little thing like a true champion, also a very good pairing. This little champ of a player will make you proud, its really that much fun and taken my FiiO X1's former spot as "the coolest little DAP that ever was"
About you guys dealing with delays, remember we're dealing with lithium batteries and they can cause hold ups at customs. I really think I was just lucky this time round as I've ordered my IHIFI 760 from Penon and it took absolutely ages (some will remember from the thread)

Nah,not the er4s - the altec lansing im716 is the true test. There isn't a single iem in existence that is harder to drive even though there are many iems with higher impedance.
Anyway, my x2 ahas rrived at the post office yesterday afternoon but I didn't have time after work to pick it up and hopefully I'll be able to leave the office a bit earlier today, so I can get it and share my impressions.
