Perhaps we are not at the same level of acceptance of the word "viable" in this case. You are fixing an issue and accepting another that's what you are implying. To me it's not an option but rather a compromise.

So what? EVERYTHING is a compromise: size, weight, bulk, build quality, sound quality, price, power consumption, power output, battery life, storage capacity. You name it, there's a compromise in there somewhere.

It's not slang as such. It's a snipe hunt. The specific example borrowed is the left-handed monkey wrench (or spanner in the UK). Hint: monkey wrenches aren't handed, neither are USB cables although some right-angle connectors are handed.

So, what's the real meaning?

Reefer?...Wrenches?....and here I thought it was my ignorance...

So, what's the real meaning?

In the context in which some people here were being extremely helpful referring to left handed wrenches and usb cables it was a snipe hunt.

In the context of the response I made to which you quoted it was to a left handed cigarette...marijuana.

I am getting hiss via the ho with my westone 4rs.

Maybe it's time stop using ho's then?

Sorry it is apparently only American slang...and is know by quite a few names such as a left handed cigarette...maryjane...reefer...etc.

Does anyone have the Leckerton UHA Mkii and the dx 50. I am wondering how they pair together.

I have a Leckerton . I really like the combination. Also no hiss or electrostatic interference. I am running it with Opamp 627.

See my posts 8843 & 7653.
