Not only that, but that salesman was kind of an idiot. He was telling me that Pioneer receivers ONLY worked for home theater and not music... -_-
And that (for some magical reason he called "physics") you can't mix and match Martin Logan speakers with other brands of speakers or else they won't make any sound... Kind of sounds like he was basically saying all Logans have inverted polarity? His idiocy was pretty tough to cut through though.

Lol, I don't usually ever get southern barbecue, so it was nice for a change. :)

We all know that studio monitoring headphones can only be used in a studio duhhhh

I don't eat legit southern barbecue often. Well I do, but not the homecooked stuff. It's still quite good and comforting though.

*sigh*

There goes my Nexus 7 charging port again. Not sure if it's worth it to fix it proper ($40+ for the microUSB + audio jack component) or buy the official charging dock ($60++).

*sigh*

Might as well buy a new one, but then I don't have the "can use this for study" excuse now.

*sigh*

Not dead after all.

I'm guessing that most salesmen don't really know what they're talking about due to insufficient training as they're only paid to sell as much stuff as possible. The main market for home audio and theater won't know much so he doesn't need that kind of specialist training either and it's therefore cheaper for the business not to train him. In addition, he probably gains a bigger commission if he sells a larger amount of the same brand than mix-and-matching different brands.

My charging port's dead too. So I just manually replace the battery and charge the battery externally.

Eeyeah. It was pretty funny hearing all his BS though. I did literally have a headache after listening so loud though... How can you guys who listen loud, uh, well, listen so damn loud?

Ehh, I don't usually have home-cooked bbq either except from time to time when I cook it myself on a barbecue. :p
It's really comforting though. It was also fun just hanging out with my cousin when he was on a few substances, and just talking about random stuff.

Oh and did I mention I bought an authentic Russian military hat today? XD

Yup, exactly. Oh, and he was also telling me how he got these 110W receivers to put out almost 200W, and of course they were the most expensive ones!

Uh, I think it was Jgray? But do listen to Abandoned Dancehall since we both agreed it sounds better.

Just go search for it on nyaa.

Sounds pretty sweet on my H3s!

Ho.ly. Schiit.

JoJo's Bizarre Adventures is fuggin' AWESOME!

Blew through the first part and now I'm on episode 2 of part 2. I've watched more anime today than the past 4 months. XD

Lmaoooooooooooooooooo, Adam is getting everyone hooked on Jojo isn't he?

Just finished the Oppai route in Rewrite. OPPAI BANZAI!!!!!!

FINALLY, after 213 calendar days (61 days of actual play), 56 hours, and 8 routes, IT IS DONE!!!!!!!

Now, which VN to play? Steins;Gate or Ever 17? I'm tempted to do E17 since it's only been a few months since I saw S;G last, but I do also sort of wanna play it concurrently with one of my friends who's new to VNs just for the heck of it. Also looks like I need to re-upload the game, as it breaks on Windows 8.1 by default, but someone hacked the exe to make it work anyway. XD

Beautiful cover of a beautiful song.

Already making it happen! Got helped on my way by exesteils too

Thanks! I keep thinking it's a bit too plain though and it's definitely too short as I originally intended it to be a 6+ minute song. Now I can't be bothered though

Yay, more instrumental! Loving it :)

Oh wow. Is 56 hours considered long in the magical world of VNs?

Hmmmmm Cromartie High or Azumanga Daioh?
