You should probably send them back to UE, and use this form to diagnose your problem areas.

I've been noticing interesting things with UERM in Korea. There are close to 0 users. Everyone goes for UE18. How can I explain that UERM is better than UE18? Damn. People take my word too lightly on Korean forums.
 
Alright back on topic. Now that we were talking about refits, I have to say UE does an amazing job. No need for new impressions, and very quick turn around time and shipping.

Try appealing to Hidition users, i.e. the choir.
 
+2 on the turnaround time --- it was 30 days on the dot, from the date of the initial e-mail sent to receiving (international shipping). The improvements on meeting turnaround targets that I spoke to Mr. Depallens are indeed being felt.
