Here we are.  April 1st (April Fool's Day).  Tornados in central Florida yesterday, 1 foot+ of snow in the New England area and radiation in my milk.  Is the world coming to an end?

I think I'm in the mood for some new furniture.  This sort of has my attention at the moment:

Nice couch mod! But how does it affect soundstage?

I think the sound will rebound of the foil and produce a more spacious soundstage.

You never want a plastic housing. You should go with wood or aluminum depending on what your tastes are.

It's way too bright - in a sound and visual sense.  Room treatments are in order.  Plus, the pics don't depict the butt prints that people leave when they sit on my couch.  You do have me thinking, though - maybe some bass shakers from a home theater sense could be added to the bottom of the couch and utilized for my headphone listening.  It might make for a more enveloping musical experience.

At least yours play music from both sides, modded or not.

Hopefully by Tuesday of next week I will have my driver.
