Ok Thanks ... so around a month is normal .. I got delivery from dealextreme in 12-13 days .. have you got PA2V2 ?

Theoretically it should take no more than 2 weeks but customs cannot be predicted. Yes, I have the PA2V2. It's gathering dust since I've moved to desktop rigs. But it is a nice sounding amp and plenty of power for most low impedance headphones.

Guys,

I don't want to sound like a salesman here but if you are looking for equipment in India, ask a question on this thread. One of us may want to offload the same and one may be able to get a decent deal without any customs and cheaper shipping.
Cheers

Hello there,

I had an interesting experience after ordering PA2V2 through Gary's (the owner of Elec. Avenues) eBay listing; the item didn't get delivered for a long time and after exchanging messages with Gary (he's very quick to reply, and extremely helpful) about the delay in delivery, he suggested that he'll send a replacement item (since the original was insured) and this time mark his personal address as the origin.  And suffice to say, the replacement got delivered within under a week of sending it from Canada!

In any case I'm sure you'll get the item soon. Cheers and good luck.

Yes Gary is very helpful and quick, I too bought it from ebay listing. I hope he shouldn't have to send a second one for me.

I didn't know AMPs are insured also. may be ebay policy or something ..

yes this is a good idea .. the risk of customs and lost shipping are always there in buying products internationally ...

guys this product has caught my attention.

http://ifi-audio.com/portfolio-view/micro-idsd/

does anybody have any experience with ifi products?

I am afraid their marketing is very good and I am hearing all right things I wanna hear. Like:

1. Battery powered. no worries about horrible power supply here in Gurgaon.

2. Can drive HE6 out of a battery.

3. DAC + amp so no losses in RCA interconnect.

4. Special circuit to clean USB signal.

Also ifi keeps claiming their stuff is analog sounding ie. no harshness.

It seems high end enough and refined enough. I can get it for around 30k.

I think it can act like an end game setup. what you guys say?

thanks. I believe you should become a reviewer to test gear for us.

If you want any crowd funding I will gladly pay.

I'm the last guy you want for reviewing anything. I'm not very sophisticated at this at all, just a deep interest to hear the sound that works for me the best. The music has to be immersive. Plus I want to get a few more DACs, I'm kinda lean in that department.
