It's Time to Shave Off The Beard

I asked Mr. Plainsong about the itching issue, and it hasn't been a problem. I'm gooood. I didn't want to take that much hair so that it would be uncomfortable.

I'm able to shave my legs and such without getting attached to the hair like we formed a relationship. I don't understand you guys.

In fact, you wouldn't like it if we girls did form that attachment to our unwanted hairs and refused to get rid of it.

The key word there was unwanted. My coat lets me swim like an otter in the water and its glossy sheen tells potential predators - and mates - that I am strong and healthy.

It's not attachment to hair for me. It's aversion to the pain of shaving. I don't know how women do it and I would never encourage a women to do it for me.

Edit: My wife doesn't shave in the winter and it's fine by me. I don't like the stubble when she does.

I did that to my husband with no warning. I buzz his hair, and since his clippers don't take all the way from the root, there wasn't going to be an itchy ingrown hair issue, so I just told him I wasn't done yet and kept going on his shoulders, upper arms, and back. He said "Hey!" and I said "it'll grow back."

I didn't take ALL the hair so it has a natural look, and he doesn't quite have that rug going on, but do it for the tattooos, the tattoos!

And to the OP, this thread is worthless without pics!

I have a tattoo on my back and I've always wondered what it would look like if I shaved..... No, No, what am I thinking.
