I have the BTR5 & it powers the Scarlet fine on high gain. Only issue is it doesn’t have a 4.4mm input so I recently got a Fiio KA13 which easily powers the Scarlet & is only about £45

I’m loving the Scarlets thanks. The bass is very addictive & with my library they’re gonna keep me entertained for a long time 😃

Yeah the customer experience really needs improvement. Automating order updates by email & increasing production would make a massive difference. I understand they’re a small company so managing orders can take a while (3 months & counting is extreme) but just giving customers regular updates...

I’m waiting for my Scarlet Mini (ordered in November so hopefully not long till they dispatched) can’t wait to get them. Is the cable in your photo the standard cable they come with or the upgrade cable? If that is the standard cable I was wondering if it has changeable terminations?
