If you store your isopropanol on good quality molecular sieves that are dried properly they keep your alcohol at 100% until they absorb enough water to stop working.

Sounds like a ground loop spitting noisy switching noise into your signal ground. Usual fixes are making sure your amp and grounded source (laptop) are on the same outlet. ebTech HumX usually does the trick. you may be fine with the upgrade gear, it’s hard to guarantee though.

We use HPLC Grade Isopropanol and HPLC Acetone at work. Not cheap stuff at around $80 a gallon.

OG Mjolnir pulled out of the garage with a Chord Mojo and OG Ethers won it.

Probably my old Ethers are the go to for this. I could pull out a Gungnir/Mjonir stack from my room rack but I may be lazy and use the Chord Mojo I have laying around. It’s dual 32” 4K dell Ultrasharps, I prefer dual monitors for real work. They definitely do 4:4:4.
