Remember, the cost of the cable is not just materials, but also labor. Not sure what your hourly rate would be, but I would much rather pay for a quality cable made in the USA than a cheap cable made by children.

I am looking at a new DAC that I want to use with a power amp for my 2 channel audio setup. My other option is to sell the power amp and buy another integrated amplifier - like the anthem STR.

I would much rather have nearly anything else. If you want end-game you are not going to find it from Topping.

A US company could buy the replacement HD6** series cable from Sennheiser directly and terminate it with an XLR4 probably sell it around $35 if they had a good technician. It's quite a good cable really.
