Thank you! I think all of them are good value. I'm pretty interested in the new solid bass earphones AT is bringing out, they look like they will be awesome.

They do have a filter on them. I have the original cks77 which I took the filter off. It did help balance the sound but it seemed to kill the soundstage for some reason, so I didn't bother with the new version.

I wish they had used the same cord as the A500X, which is fabric covered and much easier to handle.

I have the AD500X as well and I think they are a great value,considering how inexpensive they are. Only thing I dislike is the cable, which seems to have a mind of its own. But the sound is just fantastic straight from my ipod classic.

I'm very interested in the CKB70. I've been waiting for AT to release a more balanced sub-$100 iem.

Hope you all are still loving your A500x's. I find that these sound seriously good with any type of music. Definitely my favourite headphones based purely on sound quality. Also they are sexy as hell

Also, the 77x sounds better than the original 77. Everything is slightly more refined. Still very similar though.

I don't think the treble is recessed, it's not super sparkly though. My biggest problem with them is that the mids can sometimes sound too warm on certain tracks, and there is a lack of separation on complicated tracks.

It depends on how much you like your bass. These are bass canons and I enjoy them for all sorts of genres, but they aren't particularly great for rock/metal because the bass sort of gets in the way a bit. I assume it's the same for classical but I don't listen to that genre at all. If you like...

Not much love around here for the little brother, the ES500. Awesome little headphone. Great for pop and vocals, and gorgeous to boot!

The IM50 and IM70 have 2x8.8mm drivers. I find the bass on the IM50 significantly less than the cks77x. Also, the IM50 has more clarity in the mids, making vocals clearer.

Es500 are great! Good build quality and comfort, and very sleek looking. Soundwise, they are very mid-forward with tight, punchy bass. Treble is smooth but decently detailed. I find that they work best with pop and vocal music.

Looks like these are definitely getting an international release. Amazon has them up for pre-order with shipping expected within 1-3 months.
