This has been going on for a long time it seems, and apparently nobody reported about it. Uploading pictures from local storage is not working through any browser I tried on Android. Never tried by url.

Don't know where to post this, but I guess this is the best place. As it said in the title, Russia has abolished usage of DST it its country, so the time stamp of posts here are all wrong, early by one hour than local time. It doesn't give me that huge of a problem, just find it itsy bitsy...
