Is the KA13 ever going to get a programmable eq in the Fiio Control app? My Sundaras need a slight bass boost for my steam deck, the steam deck does not have an eq so I was hoping I could eq the sound using my KA13. Just wondering, thanks.

Beautiful piece of hardware, a bit out of my budget but I am considering it.

Some that I have been considering are the: Fiio KA17 Fiio KA13 Fiio KA3 iBasso DC04 Hiby FC4 I've been told the KA17 should have the power to push them.

"15 mins on desktop mode high gain and high volume. The KA17 hits over temp warning and stops working temporarily. So I don't think it's an Ideal and kinda stupid that it's not usable* I do use them on higher volume but your milage may vary." Oh, thats not good.

Could this power my Hifiman Sundaras?

Thanks everyone, it seems like the only dongle that has the power requirements for the Sundaras is the ifi go bar, but that is about 2x my budget. I'll keep looking for some alternative.

Do you think using this type of virtual surround software would benefit any game for PC, or do you typically just rely on the games built in 3D audio option? I personally have never found built in game 3D audio to be that good at pin pointing directional audio, maybe Im doing something wrong tho..

Realllly dumb question but: I see 3D audio has been removed on the Penrose. That does not mean the Penrose does not have great directional audio, does it? I assume the directional audio is handled by the game and operating system, rather than in the Audeze software/accelerometers.
