Subtonic STORM: Impressions and Discussion
I should really unpack, finish my taxes and get ready for my business trip next week but I couldn’t resist trying my new Mass kobo 475 that I acquired from @Smirk 24 It’s absurd how good Storm sounds off a variety of source chains.- Panohm

Couple size comparisons with the energizer, I hope we can get something dongle sized in the future. I do like that the current energizer just takes an 18650 battery though.- Panohm

I’ll have to give the Cayin a try, perhaps something like the Dita navigator might work as well, I really enjoyed that with the subtonic storm when I heard it.- Panohm

Some quick impressions on my custom fit Mems-3, which is the new flagship earspeaker that will be available in both Universal fit and Custom fit, they are also open back. For those unfamiliar with Mems speakers, they do require a separate energizer, similar to traditional electrostatic ear...- Panohm

Soranik Audio Discussion
Soranik Audio An IEM company from Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, founded by two audiophiles in 2012, initially focused on Vietnam and Southeast Asia. Despite operating largely under the radar internationally, they offer unique designs and reshelling services. I became intrigued by the brand when I...- Panohm

Symphonium Audio – The Official Thread
I only demoed it briefly but thought it was a pretty competent single BA for the price; Modern Symphonium is leaps and bounds better in the IEM game though :)- Panohm

Symphonium Audio – The Official Thread
Symphonium is one of the brands that reignited my love of the hobby after I had “quit audio”™️. I also often tell people that if the OG Helios had released a few years sooner I’d probably have saved a few thousand dollars on iems. I was curious about the brand even during the mirage days...- Panohm

The FitEar CIEM Impressions Thread
Had an amazing time at Canjam SoCal, managed to snap a quick picture of my Fitear DC Ti with a bespoke Nightjar Acoustics cable which I was able to collect in person. This is an enormous improvement over the springy Fitear 00 type cable I was using before and really plays to the dc tis...- Panohm

HiBy RS8 flagship Darwin R2R Android DAP -- Class A -- news and impressions thread
I mostly tried the Symphonium Helios and Elysian Annihilator out of it, the Helios absolutely rumbled while the Annihilator benefited from some low end to fill out the sound, really amazing synergy with these two IEMs.- Panohm

HiBy RS8 flagship Darwin R2R Android DAP -- Class A -- news and impressions thread
Managed to try the rs8 at canjam, I was thoroughly impressed by it compared to the Cayin N8ii and Sp3000. The UI was nice and snappy, fit and finish felt premium and the sound was excellent. It’s probably wishful thinking but if this comes out around $2999 or low 3xxx they should have a real hit...- Panohm

Introducing the Questyle M15 & the brand new Questyle Shop!
Does anyone know if trutone is an official distributor? I tried using the message box on Questyle's site but haven't gotten a reply. https://www.trutone.ca/products/view/questyle-m15-mobile-lossless-dac-with-headphone-amplifier Or is there another Canadian retailer?- Panohm
