you can try using a mirror. pull ur ear back using the hand on your other side and insert. it should go under the flap but you need to get used to it though. itshould feel more comfortable.- racoiaw

yeah its not correctly inserted fully. will feel uncomfortable and not get the seal to fully enjoy the iem. should get something like this: note that its not fully inserted, just to show how its done- racoiaw

I'm using the c421 ad8620 from jdslab. I'm enjoying my music so much right now. After using for more than 50hrs, I'm not sure whether my brain is used to the sound or the amp becomes much more dynamic, but there are so much difference compared to my initial impressions. Sounds so much better now- racoiaw

I'm actually using my 8.A with c421 AD8620. The mids are more forward, and more detailed as with the highs.
