RE0 vs Brainwavz M2
After much searching around this forum it seems like the 2 best sub $100 IEM. I listen to mostly Classic Rock and a little rap. I like something with decent isolation to. What would you guys recommend? I have Grado SR-80 and I like them but they get a little tiring after 30 minutes. I don't want...- ClassicRock1169

JVC FX33 Mod.
Well I remember back when I had my FX33 the were pretty damn good headphones unmodded (never modded them). Well I lost those and replaced them with the new model FX34 and they just didn't sound the same. So I found out about this mod. I am no audiophile matter of fact I just ordered my first...- ClassicRock1169

Good cheap amp for my Grado SR-80
After more researching I also hear good things about the Little Dot Micro+. I guess it all depends on which one shows up for sale here used first.- ClassicRock1169

Good cheap amp for my Grado SR-80
I am looking for a good cheap amp for my new Grado SR-80's. I listen mostly to Classic Rock, Hard Rock, Blues, and Folk. 99% is Classic Rock though. I am only looking to spend 100 or less if that is possible. Should I just go ahead and get a portable amp? Thanks, ClassicRock1169- ClassicRock1169

Looking for my first pair of nice headphones
Another one of my concerns is that I have heard (after my research) that the Grado SR-80 and Alessandra MS-1 NEED an amp to sound good. I don't like to blast my headphones because I want to protect my hearing but will I have to amp these cans then blast them for them to sound good?- ClassicRock1169

So it still seems the general view is that the Alessandro MS-1 is the best in that price range. I still would like to hear some opinions on the SR-80 vs SR-80i- ClassicRock1169

Looking for my first pair of nice headphones
I am new to the Audiophile scene and just looking for a nice pair of headphones. I listen to mainly Classic Rock (Zeppelin, Sabbath, Beatles) Hard Rock (AC/DC) and Blues (SRV, Robert Johnson). I will be listening through an Ipod and maybe my computer later. My budget is around $100. I have...- ClassicRock1169
