The 30 has no changes other than name and a firmware update that the old ones will get as well. It's still the same Zune you've known for a while, just with more features.

WOW, so basically not even anything that would make me interested in upgrading to this one. No word on battery life?

BTW, the FM radio in the new (and old) Zunes support RDS (Radio Data System) which is very rare in a pocket radio. You get the station ID, the name of the band (or company paying for the ad) playing, sometimes the name of the song etc on the display. It only works if the station is supplying the data, but it's pretty neat stuff.

why did you even compare the ipod classic with the zune?

why didn't you post any of the superiorities of the ipod?

The only thing he compared was screen size, and it seemed like it was put there just to put the screen size into perspective.

30/4 sounds like a pretty wierd ratio. isn't it usually more like 20:5? so if it's 30 for audio it should be at least 7 hours video..
