Why are you comparing a portable mp3 player (Zune 120) w/a home cd player? This is not a valid comparison.

there is simply no way in any hell or heaven that any portable player could stand in the same field as even a decent home player. imodded and nicely amped - it depends on the use. dap - dac - to nice amp, still, depends on the venue.
