Hey all,

Today I picked up a Creative Zen Vision:M and I am really happy with it so far, but I noticed a line (scan) of pixels at the bottom that are significantly lighter than the rest of the screen. They do change color, it just seems odd. Is this a defect? Should I return the player and get an exchange? Let me know if I'm not going crazy...

Yeah, that doesn't sound right. Should be even all across the screen. I would exchange it.

sounds like a defective screen. just exchange it wherever you picked it up from
