Is the quality and range on it good enough to say, go to a concert and record the set? If so, if I emptied all my music off of it, how many minutes of music could I squeeze onto it?

No, it is not good enough to record a concert. Since the answer to your first question is no, I doubt you will be needing an answer to your second one.
