ok ok i kno i have posted like 5 threads within 2 days but im REALLY REALLY curious about this one
i saw where one person with a damaged screen iPod had changed their font to cosmic sans MS i think and I was wondering if something like that was possible with the ZM

In a nutshell: it's probably possible, but there won't be many people working on trying to make it happen. It's the iPod's advantage, with such a huge user base, there's got to be a number of techies willing to devote their hours to tweaks like this.
