I recently bought a Zen Dac V2. I plan to use it with Hifiman Sundara Headphones. The Zen Dac V2 is powered through USB from my Desktop PC. I am planning to buy the Zen Can as well, so the Sundara gets more power. I also have a AIYIMA A08 amp for my passive speakers. My question is: If I hook up the Zen Dac V2 to the Zen Can with a balanced cable, can I still simultaneously use the RCA-out from the Zen Dac to my Aiyma Amp to power my passive speakers? And will this affect the sound of my Headphones if I connect them unbalanced or balanced to my Zen Can?
