I've heard the ZDac is a better DAC, but I'm not sure how its built in headphone amp fares vs the seperate DAC/Amp of the Magni/Modi...
 
Does anyone have any thoughts on which is better for AKG712Pro/Sennheiser PC360?

I just learned about the Parasound via an email from Audio Advisor. Looks like a good deal. I still would probably prefer the Grace Design Massdrop m9XX with the crossfeed. On the other hand, the Parasound has separate volume controls for pre-amp and headphone amp, which I need. Dangit!
