So I had the Z5500's and a power surge took out the subwoofer, now I've ordered the Z906's and hoping it ends up being worth while as I was really close to just getting a brand new Z5500's set off ebay. Am I going to be disappointed in everyone's opinion, and say I wasn't satisfied with the sound, does anyone have experience maybe hooking the z5500 speakers to the Z906 subwoofer? Thanks

I think the biggest difference is between the Z5500's sub and the Z906's.

Well nevermind, they sound amazing. Bass doesn't quite rattle the windows like the z5500's, but it was a bit bass heavy anyways. Overall sounds better, pretty happy camper running it through the Soundblaster Z.
