I know it may seem like comparing apples and oranges, but I am wondering which one of the two flat out delivers better sound quality. I am aware that the Yuin's do not provide any isolation, and I am also aware that the Etymotic's have little bass. So that aside which one delivers all around better sound quality? Thanks!

It depends on your favorable music style.

If you listen only to jazz,easy listening, some classic instrumental and are not worry about bass then choose er6i

but eventually if you listen to many kind of music I know one thing .. "BASS MUST BE THERE"

now I'm going to sell my er6i in order to buy PK2 or some clip-on like Koss35 then
