My tolerance factor for almost all of the stand-up comedians has slowly diminished over the years, I'm annoyed by them now.

The only funny person I like remains Conan O'Brien. He never gets old.

Ah, the dead ones. More hilarious, and proven more true as time goes by...RIP.

That said,
Richard Pryor
George Carlin (the only "old-school" not sidelined or dead, and really 2 in 1--the counterculture, language-obsessed hippy of the 1970's and the incendiary [really p*ssed off?], atheist, and still language-obssessed observer from 1990-present)
Chris Rock
Dave Chappelle (somewhat less since the discovery of Pryor)
for some unknown reason, Ron White

I like lots of the names above, but I don't think I saw any of these folks that have cracked me up many times:

1. Bob Rubin
2. Dana Gould
3. Sandra Bernhardt
4. Greg Proops
5. George Wallace
6. Larry "Bubbles" Brown
7. Bobcat Goldthwait
