Too many Steve Howe ones to name for me, although my favorite is probably the last half of The Ancient from Tales from Topographic Oceans...video starts when Steve starts tearing up the track.

John Mayall : So Many Roads. Amazing guitar solo played by Mick Taylor between 03:50 and 08:25, before he joined The Rolling Stones in 1969. He was only 19, and was already a great guitarist. If you like blues, listen to this solo.

I believe it is a consolidation of multiple solos put together on the recording but it sounds awesome.
