Well I think its considered a Sci-fi because it was based on the future and what future hooligans (droogs) will act like. 
 
Pair that with the machine/experiments they use on Alex, and you have yourself a Sci-fi.

Almost forgot, Wild Wild West (the remake). I love the Victorian steampunk in that movie!

Worth mentioning: A Scanner Darkly, The Fountain, Moon, and although they are not movies, Taken and Battlestar Galactica (2004).
