"Funeral for a Friend" Elton john, and after that Beast fo Burden, from the Rolling Stones, (I don't care if it goes, or not, there just I love this song) or maybe "Satisfaction"

"He's Gone" The Grateful Dead from Europe 72.

And one stipulation, that I've even put down on paper, is that it must be played through a "professional" sound system.

We shall see to it personally that it gets the treatment ala Bose Acoustimass

is he? the one with the grey skin and the big eyes?

now mark, i knew (we all know) that elvis was an alien - but scott walker, too? this comes as a surprise.

on the other hand, i recently saw redshifter claim to look like a bunch of earbuds... while i still thought of him as the dude, only with a lollipop in his mouth and his head through the door... the point is: if you change your identity at least make sure to cover up the tracks...

sorry for the thread-crapping, here comes my own funeral-wishlist:

auld long syne

sung by, let's see, sinead o'connor, sarah mclachlan and heather nova (the grieving widow)

The wall on which the prophets wrote
Is cracking at the seams.
Upon the instruments of death
The sunlight brightly gleams.
When every man is torn apart
With nightmares and with dreams,
Will no one lay the laurel wreath
As silence drowns the screams.

Between the iron gates of fate,
The seeds of time were sown,
And watered by the deeds of those
Who know and who are known;
Knowledge is a deadly friend
When no one sets the rules.
The fate of all mankind I see
Is in the hands of fools.

Confusion will be my epitaph.
As I crawl a cracked and broken path
If we make it we can all sit back
and laugh.
But I fear tomorrow I'll be crying,
Yes I fear tomorrow I'll be crying.
