Since bassheads tend to be seen as a sort of lower class, I find these fitting:



If you think your hd25's might not have enough bass...

If you try bassboost with dt770's at least once "just to see"...

If you have pregenerated low frequency tones and sweeps on your portable DAP at all times just in case...

If you've hooked up a subwoofer for use while listening to open headphones...

If you've used replaygain so that the bass booster eq setting on ipods won't distort...

If you've marveled at the sound of an 18-wheeler rumbling by when earplugs or IEMs are in your ears...

If you've listened to the THX sound through headphones just for kicks...


Anyone else have any others?

I've tried Bassboost with DT770's....listen to a Voyager with bassboost/contour knob...holy $hit....

First off, I highly recommend one of Aura's excellent "Pro Bass Shakers" for use with an open can rig,

Secondly, "Deep Note" (THX Track) is tight through my open cans... ahh bliss
