YKYAA when you spend your Valentine´s day with your music rigs and get roses for the love of your life (HD650) wine for your Mistress (Triple Fi 10) and chocolates for your newly lover (Fidelio X1)...

YKYAAW your friends ask if you did that the next day xD

YKYAAW you start questioning why your local cinema install 7.1 speaker system but only uses the front two speaker after the Dolby ""advertisement"

My local cinema uses quite a few of the speakers, I assume all of them. Sometimes sounds sound like they're coming from behind you so, that's good. Guess I have an audiophile cinema.

I did that two nights ago and my Rockboxed iPod was dead as a doornail.

YKYAAW you fall asleep on the couch for 3 hours but your headphone amp has plenty of juice left.

Sorry to hear about your iPod, perhaps its time to get Astell & Kern AK240?

I hate doing this, I get all afraid that I might have rolled over on them, or that I might have distorted the shape of the pads or.... the worst, the possibility of them falling 4 feet off my bed onto a carpeted floor. lol

I've only done with with apple stock headphones, so no worries :)

Or maybe you may get tangled up by your headphone's cable. In other words, kidnapped by your headphone that you slept with the night before xD *if the cable is that* long *

I worry about crushing them as a whole, you know, open headphone's relatively delicate grills.

Also YKAAW you install a heatsink to your amp so it doesn't burn to the touch. (and it works! now it only runs moderately warm vs painfully hot)

Outside of it's housing, the heatsink exposed.

The normal resting position of the amp inside the Lego housing.

Closer look at the heatsink fitting snugly between the Lego tiles. Absolutely no room for the amp to wriggle inside its housing.

Applied acrylic tape stick the amp there but more importantly to act as a thermal medium between the amp and the heatsink (because air is an extreme heat insulator, so bad at conducting heat that contractors build hollow air pockets in homes to keep the heat in. so.... anything is better than air pockets right?)
