BHSE is roughly $6000, maybe $6500 (what's an extra $500 at that level? ha!). I want to hear the Liquid Lightning first (it's around $4500 or so) because it's a more colored sound. BHSE with SR-009 is supposed to be a reference statement in terms of transparency on headphones. But who knows, I might enjoy the colored and cheaper solid state LL more.
 
Stax amps top out around $2000 or so. Every shootout and review I have read about them has them as horribly inferior to the two 3rd party amps above, plus they look really unimpressive (the LL and BHSE look dead sexy). I have heard they don't have enough power to drive the SR-007 and SR-009 properly (especially the SR-007).

Oh, I always tell myself that once I got Sennheiser HE90 and HEV90 as my home rig and a Abyss headphone + a high end portable DAC/amp + FiiO X5, I will end my audio journey xD

Yes! Buy 3 house and rent it all out 1 for audio gears fund, 1 for you and family to survive and another one is to save for another house because you will soon find that 1 house is not enough to fund for your audio gears xD
