I'm currently using the fiio e5 to power my headphones. It makes em louder and improves some of the qualities but I know my headphones are capable of way better things. So I would like everyone to chime in with their two cents with what I should do?

Only consider the performance:cost ratio when recommending a product. I want the best bang for as little buck as possible.

i dont have any experience with those products, but i have the emu 0404usb... and i hear that it is pretty similar to the 0202. if that is true, i can recommend the 0202!

Honestly from the widespread word on the 555s, you might not need much than what you already have. The 555s are relatively easy to drive and anything else would improve the sound, but not significantly.
