Just finished yesterday. I know it aint pretty, but it's a first and best of all it worked the first time I added a source and power. Didn't know what to expect. I used a crap pair of rat shack ear buds first and it sounded distorted. Then I plugged in my Grados and the music of Monk exploded in my head. I may not case this one, just use it for learning and build another for real use. I love this amp. A real big thanks to Tangent for his excellent sight and great instructions. Thanks to all who answered my question on how to wire the pot. Of course now I've got to order more parts, build another one. Oops, tried to attach a photo but the machine says the file is two large. I'll try to shrink it.
