Silver ES7

Black ES7

Been noticing on a lot of forums that when someone is reviewing the ES7 (Black) many times they will say "some people say these are silver, but they are really black". They also refer to many of the ES7 threads here on Head-Fi as well.

Not sure if they have discontinued the "white/silver" model but yes there are actually silver ES7's out there and that is the silver people are talking about in the threads mentioned, and not the "black" ES7's.

On a slightly related note, I thought for the longest time that the cups were rounded with a dull grey matte finish. Look for some pictures and you'll see what I mean.

I think they're just talking about the mirror finish on the cups, as its white and black with both having the mirror finish.
