guys, could you do me a favor and listen to 'Turn Into' by Yeah Yeah Yeahs in their latest cd 'show your bones'? I swear this song is a binaural recording. Besides that do yall know of any other binaural alternative rock tracks? thx and enjoy the song

Pearl Jam has an album called Binaural. Some of the songs on it are recorded binaurally, but I haven't heard it myself.

hmm maybe its cuz the source is so crappy that i'm having to imagine up most of the soundstage. i listened to it with HD600 directly from my soundcard (no amp) from 128k mp3 file. and yeah, i love the album binaural. is there any more alternatives like that? i heard lou reed did couple binaural...

Maybe play around with Foobar2000 and the DolbyHeadphone wrapper?

I use it sometimes (with soundstage-deficient cans like grados or my KSC35s) and it works quite well; doesn't sound too DSP'd but rather natural.
