Hey all ![Headphone Smile :) :)](https://cdn.head-fi.org/e/headfi/smily_headphones1.gif)
I have this subwoofer and unfortunately I did not realise this does not have a crossover setting, nor does my receiver.
I'm having issues with the sub, it sounds too boomy for me and the sub bass isn't as smooth as I would have hoped for.
I have tried to move the sub around but it isn't making too much a difference, feel like I need a different sub and return the Yamaha.
Is anyone able to advise if I get a sub with a crossover, this can eliminate the boomy sound from the sub?
Many thanks for the help
My setup is
Denon M41 Receiver
Wharfdale 12.1 Speakers
iFi Audio ZEN Air DAC
