Hello everyone. Sorry for my english.

The sound from left channel sometimes is very glitchy. It tears mostly in high frequiencies. There is a little dirt kind of thing on the left earbud. Also the left channel is closer than the right channel. Is it normal or may it be dislocated?

Is it possible to clean the thing on the left channel? How so?
