I have a Xonar STX, I want to connect it to my Audio-Gd Dac 19
The specifications for the Xonar STX are very confusing to me as I've been reading and from what I've gathered
A Square terminator = TOS-Link
And the round digital optical terminator on the Xonar STX = Miniplug
So... I was planning on buying a Optocoupler MK 2 Optical Cable to connect the two (one end Toslink the other Mini Plug
(which you can see here)
And I wanted to know is that right? Will that work?
Furthermore my Dac also has a coaxial digital connector and the specs on the STX says it's a combo port, does this mean I can use that STX's SPDIF port to connect to my dac via either Coax or Optical?
