Hi, I am having issues with The Dolby pro Logic IIx option when using headphones. When this option is enabled the Left channel is noticablly louder than the right I would say about 50% louder.

Its clearly noticeable when doing a The speaker test in the xonar software as well as windows sound options in the control panel.

It only occurs when Dolby pro Logic IIx is enabled.

Dolby headphone works fine when its the only option selected.

Dobly headphone combined with the 7.1 shifter works fine as well.

But any combination that includes Dolby pro Logic IIx has this issue.

Is anyone else having this issue?

Any suggestions or solutions would be appreciated.

My OS is Windows Vista 32 bit.

Update: I have Win XP installed also.

This issue dose not occur while using xp on the same computer.

I can only assume this is an issue with vista or the drivers made for vista.

This is an old thread, but just wanted to add that the problem exists in Win7 as well.  I'm running Win7 x64 with the latest Xonar STX drivers.  Still a great card without the Pro Logix IIx feature nonetheless.
