I've got D2 Xonar (3.5mm to RCA to TRS?) ProSonus HP4 (LiveWire HPE-325) ATH-M50s
 
Whenever I move my mouse the whine starts to happen.  It's not that loud but very noticeable.

solved by getting an HRT Music Streamer II+ separating the DAC has resulted in perfect silence when nothing is happening.
