I recently purchased a Magnus cable through ArcticCables to upgrade my stock cable for my Arya and go the balanced route (partially for aesthetics). As an industrial mechanic in the energy field... I<3Copper
I have been searching high and low for decent XLR interconnects to run between my SU-9 dac and THX889 amp. I currently run two feet of Mogami 2549 and would like something shorter to clean up my desk.
I would rather get something that's decent and will last if I decide to upgrade other equipment in the future.
In a few studios that I have recorded in, they ran 3173 and swore by it. I have also heard a lot of talk about Grimm Audio TPR.
Also, is there a significant difference between Mogami 2534 and 2549 considering the 2534 is a "quad cable".
