Xin's Great Customer Service

I bought a V-6 from Xin. It arrived last week. I went to Penn Camera and bought eight rechargeable AAA's.

When amp would not charge, I kept e-mailing Xin that I thought amp was defective, but he kept saying there was a problem with the batteries.

Anyway, against his advice, I returned the unit, but with the batteries (never believing that these brand-new batteries could be the problem). Turns out one of the batteries was bad and preventing the unit from recharging.

Throughout this entire experience Xin was helpful and patient, giving me excellent advice (even if I didn't take it). Further, even when not taking his advice and returning the unit, he remained helpful and cooperative. I'm getting my unit back, but this time I'm letting Xin supply the batteries.

I have always liked his merchandise, but found him practical to the point of being brusque. However, when needed, he also can hold your hand and provide excellent customer service.
