Every brand is getting expensive these days and they have huge margins. No one buys any Hi-Fi gear at MSRP anymore except the poor unsuspecting mainstream users.AK stuffs are well made. But nowadays are getting more and more expensive.

From the picture, They seated well.I believe mk9 buffer will fit in Xduoo XD05 Pro. But I bought it to put inside my Aroma Audio A100TB amp (Burson V5iD with mk9 buffer), the space are very limited.
Since you have the mk9 will you check if it fit into xd05 pro?
If it can, I'd like to order mk9, if not then I'll go with mk8.

I know this has been mentioned a few times, but I received one of the Trulis XD05 PRO cases earlier today. It fits perfectly with everything aligned and doesn't add much (more!) bulk.
I left my XD05 PRO running for about 8 hours today, just in Eco mode. Temp felt no different to when running without the case so I'm very pleased.

I'm going to buy Kojo Crystal EP to try out on my Sony WM1ZM2 also test it out on my Xduoo XD05 Pro as well. Stay tuned for my impression.
It makes sense. The "Turbo" button is just changing the gain between "Eco, Normal & Turbo".
Btw, the difference in terms of sound level between the gain modes are 3dB between each other.
3dB difference between Eco and Normal.
3dB difference between Normal and Turbo.
I was curious and i measured it. For those who might be interested.
A 3 dB gain means twice the power.
Wow. Um mest iii with ROHM dac.I'm using this case too! It's very good and keep the unit well protected!

The AKM didn't sound as promising as the ESS at first, but after a good 30 hours of burn-in I have to say that I'm very happy with this option and currently prefer it to the ESS with Aür Neon Pro and Oriolus Szalayi.
